I worked with Alex, Stas and team to build a 12x10 office shed + deck and it exceeded our expectations. They say price, quality, or speed: pick two but it was reasonably priced, finished in weeks, not months, and matches the quality of our main house. The workers were diligent, respectful, and detail oriented. I've worked with contractors before and this is the first time I've actually enjoyed the process.

Even though it took a few months and involved the expected back-and-forth with the city for permits, the final result is absolutely perfect. They handled all the complicated parts and delivered a stunning space.
They also built two smaller baby decks and a great new fence for us. Everything they touched turned out really nice.

I had yelp put out a request for bid on my behalf for the removal or replacement of a substantially large wood patio cover structure. Approximately 35'x15'.In the end we hired Rivolty Construction to remove the structure. I must say that working with Alex at Rivolty Construction was a very pleasant experience.
